Before we start..
Hello everyone! I am Ludovica, nice to meet you! This is my blog, here I will show you my little daily food routines. Let’s start by introducing myself… in the past I have always had a tendency to eat “badly” in a disorderly and careless way. In the last couple of years I have been getting into vegetarian and vegan cooking, realising that I like experimenting with new recipes. I have been opening myself up mentally to foods I am not familiar with and I must say I am very pleased! This gave me the opportunity to learn lots of new recipes and coming to the realisation that even with ‘poor’ food you can create rich and nutritious recipes!
What you will find in my blog
Over time I have come to understand what it means to have a balanced diet with the right amount of necessary macronutrients and I can now say that I lead a healthy lifestyle (or almost, there is no such thing as perfection). But beware! A healthy diet does not mean deprivation. Deprivation inevitably leads to breaking healthy habits and falling back into bad ones. Sweets, sugars and carbohydrates are necessary to provide the body with energy. And that is why I created this blog! To make simple, healthy and balanced recipes accessible!
